Privacy Policy

This is a draft adapted for the new site and flagged for the founder's legal review (FR-059). Confirm the wording with a qualified adviser before launch.

Who is responsible

This website is run by one person operating as Your Person Abroad, based in Hamburg, Germany. For questions about this policy, contact details are on the Imprint page.

What data I collect

I only process the information you choose to send me through the inquiry form: your name, your email address, your phone number if you provide it, your message, and the page you submitted the form from. I do not run analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking on this site.

How the form works

The inquiry form is handled by a third-party form service, Web3Forms, which receives your submission and forwards it to me by email. Your data is transmitted to that service solely to deliver your message. Their processing is covered by their own privacy terms; review those before deciding to send a message.

Why I process it and for how long

I use your submission to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide the service you asked for. I keep enquiry emails only as long as needed for that purpose and delete them when they are no longer relevant.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask me to access, correct, or delete the personal data I hold about you, and you can object to its processing. Send that request to the contact address on the Imprint page. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.
