Write as much or as little as you like. I read every message myself and reply personally.
There is no wrong way to start this. You do not need to know which of my three services fits you, and you do not need your paperwork in order first. Most people write to me somewhere in the middle of a mess, which is exactly the right time.
Useful things to mention, if you know them:
- Where you are now and where you are heading
- Roughly when you need to be there
- What already feels stuck or confusing
- Which language you would rather talk in
